A follow-up message that does not feel pushy

Someone asked about a product and went quiet. A short, warm message can restart the conversation without pressure.

By the ESPADSELL team

Silence is normal. People get busy, forget, or need time. A good follow-up reminds them you are there and makes it easy to say yes or no.

Keep it short and about them

Mention what they asked about, offer one useful detail, and give them an easy way out. Two or three sentences are enough for WhatsApp or a DM.

An example

"Hi Sara, you asked about the face cream last week. I found the size and price list if it helps. No rush at all, just let me know if you have any questions."

Send one follow-up, maybe two. After that, let it rest. Respecting a quiet no keeps the relationship for later.
